Psychotherapy & Art Therapy for Adults
One-on-one virtual therapy for adults navigating grief, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and life transitions.
Sessions integrate talk therapy, art therapy, or a combination of both depending on your needs and preferences.
About
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and tailored to each person I work with. Together we'll make space to slow down, explore what's happening beneath the surface, and better understand the patterns, experiences, and relationships that have shaped you.
Depending on your needs, sessions may draw from evidence-based talk therapy, mindfulness, nervous system awareness, values exploration, and practical coping strategies—or art therapy as another way to process experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and gently challenged. My goal is to create a thoughtful, nonjudgmental space where insight leads to deeper self-understanding, greater flexibility, and lasting growth.
