Psychotherapy & Art Therapy for Adults

One-on-one virtual therapy for adults navigating grief, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and life transitions.

Sessions integrate talk therapy, art therapy, or a combination of both depending on your needs and preferences.

About

These sessions integrate creative expression with reflective dialogue as a form of mental health therapy. Using materials like drawing, collage, mixed media, or simple digital tools , clients explore emotions, patterns, and internal experiences within a guided, nonjudgmental space.

Art-making can offer another way to access what may be difficult to put into words, while conversation helps process and integrate what emerges.

Goals

  • Process difficult emotions in a safe, supported space

  • Build self-awareness and deepen understanding of patterns and experiences

  • Support nervous system regulation and grounding

  • Create space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself

Outcomes

Sessions support clients in feeling more resourced, self-connected, and able to move through life with greater emotional clarity and intention.
